What We Stand For
The Golden Rule
Craig and Devin believe in the golden rule of treating others as they’d like to be treated. They’ve built hundreds of homes throughout Southern Utah, and established community ties with those for whom they built.

Whether you are purchasing your first home, or last, S&S knows how important each detail is to you. We are dedicated to creating a positive and exciting atmosphere as you jump into the adventure of owning your new home.
Family Legacy
The Sullivan family has made its home in Southern Utah for generations. Our ancestors worked hard to build homes of quality and beauty for their families. Homes where children could grow, relationships will develop, and memories are made.
